For Gina, home has always meant more than four walls. It’s where family gathers, memories are made, and futures begin. After years of working in the mortgage industry, she saw too many people treated like transactions, so she built something different.
Damiani Mortgage was founded on trust, transparency, and connection. Gina’s mission is simple: to guide, educate, and empower every client through the mortgage process, no matter where they’re starting from.
Nearly Two Decades of Experience

Gina began her mortgage career in 2005 with PHH Mortgage, where she spent more than 13 years as a loan processor mastering every step of the lending process from behind the scenes. That foundation taught her what truly makes a loan successful, precision, patience, and people.
After more than a decade helping others close loans, Gina made the leap to become a licensed Loan Officer, allowing her to work directly with clients and make an even greater impact. Since then, she’s expanded her expertise by becoming a licensed Realtor and Notary Public, so her clients have one trusted professional guiding them from pre-approval to closing table.
